What is ARO?
ARO stands for Association Resources Online, and it is an exclusive tool available to PCI SA members that provides a password-protected environment for the following services:
- Membership database
- Document exchange and archives
- Email list management and message archives
- Secured on-line meeting registration and reporting
- Project management tool with calendaring and automated alerts
- Electronic balloting
- Robust search capabilities
Membership Database: PCI SA members can update their own contact information.
E- Mail Lists: Members can subscribe and unsubscribe themselves to the PCI SA Email lists. All lists include archive capabilities including message attachments. Archives can be viewed by the list subscribers. PCI SA committees use the e-mail lists to communicate and distribute information. By subscribing to these lists you will receive notification of meetings, minutes and related discussions.
Document Exchange and Archives: ARO's Documents section is a comprehensive and searchable repository for working documents of the Alliance. Documents can be up and down-loaded by members and are instantly available on-line. A revision history is available for each document. Documents are automatically assigned a sequential number for easy identification and location.
Meeting Registration: Members can self-register for meetings in a secure environment. The system issues automated confirmations once payment is made and generates a receipt when requested.
