Member Services: Member Tips

1. Usernames and Passwords

For new members:

  • Certain areas of the PCI SA website are password protected.
  • All employees from a PCI SA member company are entitled to have their own username and password
  • Please email your request, including your first and last name and company contact information, to: info@pcialliance.org. Login information will be sent to you via our automated system and you will be automatically subscribed to the PCI SA-members' email list.
  • Your email address will be your username and your password will be a randomly assigned number.
  • After you receive the email with your password, you may log into the system and change it to something you can easily remember by visiting the "My User Information" link in the Main Menu. Please see below for specific instructions to change your password.
  • If you experience any difficulty in this process, please contact us immediately via email at: info@pcialliance.org
